The minimum required setup to view content is:
Pentium II 450MHz or faster (or equivalent)
128MB of RAM

2. What file type’s do you accept? – BACK TO TOP
We accept most video. The list includes wmv, avi, mpg, and mov.

3. How long does it take for content to get processed? – BACK TO TOP
Depending on how large your file is, it may take a couple of minutes to completely process. If your content is still processing after 24 hours, check that you have uploaded a valid file.

4. The thumbnails says “Video Conversion In Process”, what is going on? – BACK TO TOP
If your video is in the Incomplete folder, the content is still processing and will be available shortly. If your video is in any other folder, your video is available to view, but a thumbnail was not generated.

Yes.

6. How do I upload content? – BACK TO TOP
You must be a member in order for you to upload a video. You can upload a single file by clicking on the Upload tab.

7. What's the difference between Public and Private? – BACK TO TOP
Public means that you want to the whole world to view your content. These videos will show up in your General folder when they are ready for viewing. Private means that you only want to share your video with friends and they will show up in your Private folder.

8. How can I ensure my video looks its best on UnsignedTube.com? – BACK TO TOP
The quality of the uploaded source is the best way to ensure your stuff looks great on UnsignedTube. Additionally, we recommend uploading either a QuickTime movie or Windows media file at 640x480 resolution or higher. Ideally, your video should be 2.0 mb/s, but 1.5 mb/s should be fine.

Your connection speed might not be fast enough. Just give it a little while to download the movie. It will continue automatically or you can just press play.

First, make sure your speakers or headphones are plugged in. Then check your audio settings. If that doesn't work, Send us the title of the content and who posted it.

Yes, clicking on the image next to the Volume button on the player will make the player full screen.

When you first register, you have the option of changing your email address if you made a mistake. If you need to change it down the road, go to My UnsignedTube, select My Account. In Basic Info, you can select ‘Change Email’.

When you delete videos they are permanently deleted from you account and our servers.

My Profile is your internal page on UnsignedTube. You can manage all of your videos and pictures, comments, featured video, favorites, subscriptions and bulletins here.

In My Profile, click ‘My Videos’. If you want to edit or rename a video, click edit and update the required fields. Click save when you’re done.

When you edit your video, there is a check box for ‘Allow Comments’. Selecting the check box will allow other members to post comments on your video, while de-selecting the check box will disable comments on your video.

When you edit your video, there is a check box for ‘Allow Embed’. Selecting the check box will allow your video to be embedded on other sites, while de-selecting the check box will disable users from embedding your video on other sites.

It’s a video that you’ve uploaded that is front and center on your profile page. It’s the one you want to showcase, but can be changed at anytime. When other people visit your profile, it’s likely the first thing they’ll see.
